THE SETTING

Located in the Avesnois Regional Natural Park, in the heart of a vast private estate, "La Conciergerie" awaits you to reconnect with nature in complete tranquility. The gîte is situated in one of the outbuildings of the Château, which once housed the concierges who marked the history of the place in previous generations..

At the foot of the door, through meadows and forests, great walks are available to satisfy your desire for greenery. Daffodils and wild hyacinths in spring, blackberries for jam in summer, mushrooms in autumn, … Or of course, relaxation at home, in winter by the fire, in summer in the garden under the shade of the parasol…

The accommodation has private access, with parking areas and a carport (electric charging points). Access is from the enclosed garden, surrounded by pastures where sheep graze. …

In the distance, the fields stretch to the edge of the forest.

The place is charming and peaceful, providing all the expected amenities for the lovely season (quality garden furniture, a fire pit area, built-in barbecue fireplace, …)

THE ROOMS

On the Ground Floor, adjoining the bathroom (bathtub, shower, washer – dryer), the room "Edredon" offers you the choice of comfortable sleeping arrangements in a double bed or twin beds, a small desk, storage wardrobe, oak flooring, … 

On the upper floor, under the original beams, the "Clairière" room, spacious and bright, features a large double bed, a wide bench that can be converted into an extra bed, and a storage sideboard..

The "Mouton" room accommodates four single beds, two of which are preferably dedicated to children (150 and 160 cm).

The two bedrooms share an Italian shower, a washbasin, and separate WC..

All rooms welcome you with made beds and towels available.

LIVING ROOMS

On the Garden Side, the welcoming Kitchen and the spacious Dining Room extend along the paved terrace at the doorstep.

Super-equipped kitchen with all the equipment you need to showcase your culinary talents, tastefully selected tableware catering to both small families who will have lunch around the small table in the kitchen, and very large groups of friends who will take over the dining room with its large table and twelve chairs..

On the Courtyard side, the cosy lounge welcomes you for lovely evenings by the fire.

The solid wood furniture and warm lighting promise joyful moments of relaxation.

The sofa and the bench chair will accommodate three additional people if needed.
