PRACTICAL INFORMATION
What are the cancellation conditions?
Travellers receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, and up to 30 days before arrival for weekly rentals during July and August.
What are the payment terms?
For confirmation, a deposit of 40% will be required upon receipt of your booking. The balance is to be paid on arrival, or by bank transfer in advance.
Arrival Guide
Arrivals are expected between 4pm and 8pm (in-person reception), and departures at 10am.
Why are animals not allowed?
For hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to welcome our canine friends.
What is planned for the little ones?
The stay is free for children under 3 years old. A travel cot can be provided upon request. Please remember to bring your own sheets for it.
Should I bring my bed linen?
The beds will be made on your arrival. Bath towels are available.
Route
Access from the National Road (D936) connecting Colleret (59680) to Cousolre (59149). Take a small road on the left, 800 m after "Les Quatre Bras", and continue for 2 km. (Access from Bersillies l'Abbaye (Belgium) currently blocked)

Departure Instructions
Please gather the dirty towels, take out the rubbish, and turn off the lights and appliances.
